This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the obligations of Advanta Global Services, with its principal place of business is at Wakefield House, 41 Trinity Square, London, EC3N 4DJ (“Advanta Global Services”, “Advanta”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), in relation to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking actions and activities during the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
The statement sets out Advanta's commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and the steps we have put in place to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns, and management is expected to act upon them.
It is crucial for us to raise awareness among our staff about the Modern Slavery Act in order to uphold our expected standards of behaviour. Advanta will ensure that all staff members are well-informed about the Act and comprehend the necessary steps to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking. Advanta provides all staff with specific modern slavery training courses and annual updates. This includes utilising the Whistleblowing Policy to report any concerns.
ADVANTA is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chains. This Statement affirms its intention to act ethically in our business relationships.

4. Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
Advanta undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. Advanta due diligence process includes building long-standing relationships with suppliers and making clear our expectations of business partners and evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier.
To measure how effective, we are in ensuring slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains, Advanta has established some Key Performance Indicators (KPI). These KPIs include metrics related to awareness and training programs, subcontractors and supplier due diligence, incident reporting and response mechanisms. Overall compliance with relevant anti-slavery laws and regulations.

The Compliance team holds the ultimate responsibility for overseeing this Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement and ensuring its effective implementation.
