Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience within the insurance industry, having worked across underwriting, claims, and loss adjusting in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Since joining Advanta in 2018, he has managed a broad portfolio of large commercial Property, Construction & Engineering, Business Interruption, Liability, and Rail Transport & Infrastructure losses, together with specialist assignments involving Fidelity Guarantee, Bankers Blanket Bond, Jewellers Block, Fine Art, and Theft claims across the GCC, wider MENA region, East Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2024, Matthew was appointed Director – United Arab Emirates, leading Advanta's UAE operations while supporting the company's continued growth across the region.
