Marvin is a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the insurance sector in Nicaragua. He began his career as a Risk Engineer at the Nicaraguan Insurance and Reinsurance Institute (Iniser), where he spent 25 years delivering risk management services across a range of industries, including power generation plants, airports, offices, ports, and machinery. During his tenure, he also played a key role in training new professionals in the field. In 2014, Marvin established IVALPRE to provide specialized loss adjusting and risk engineering services to the local market. Recognized as a legal expert in civil engineering, risk management, and valuations, Marvin is an active member of the Nicaraguan Valuators Chamber (CANIV) and serves as the Finance Secretary on the board of the Nicaraguan Engineers Association.
