He has specialised in claims related to Fire, Machinery Breakdown, Catastrophic Risks, Civil Liability, Transport & Cargo, amongst others. Throughout his career, he has acquired considerable experience in handling large and complex claims, alongside the implementation of quality and audit improvement processes. Miguel Ángel will contribute to the development of Advanta Mexico applying his extensive knowledge in the insurance sector.

Edgardo joins Advanta to reinforce the proposition of the company in the Latin America region from one of the main hubs of the insurance industry.

Maria is a lawyer with 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, specialising in Liability claims. Prior to joining Advanta, she served as a Senior Liability Adjuster at a local adjusting firm, where she managed the Liability division for a range of clients, including governmental accounts. During her tenure, she successfully expanded her team from two to fifteen members, overseeing a significant and varied caseload. At Advanta, under the leadership of Miguel Ángel, Maria will play a key role in strengthening our presence in Mexico and delivering comprehensive support to our clients.

In addition, Hugo has coordinated, supervised and handled NAT CAT claims, included those related to the Hurricane Willa in 2018 and the earthquakes of September 2017 in Mexico.
