Rafat is an experienced loss adjuster with nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. With a background in mechanical engineering, he began his career as a Site Engineer before transitioning into loss adjusting. Throughout his career, he was managed a diverse portfolio of claims, including marine, machinery breakdown, construction, property all risk and financial losses, such as fidelity guarantee and cash in transit. He also spent 7 years as a loss adjuster in Saudi Arabia, handling complex construction claims, including those related to the Riyadh Metro. A member of the Jordanian Engineers Association and a licensed Loss Adjuster in Jordan, Rafat brings valuable expertise to our growing network, further strengthening our operations in the Middle East.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) (Moscow State University of Civil Engineering)
• Member of the Jordanian Engineers Association
• Licensed Loss Adjuster in Jordan
