Yuuki joined Uchiyama in 2007 and started his loss adjusting career. After experiencing the first step of the adjusting business in Tokyo, he has been assigned as head of Shizuoka Branch. While leading his team, he has gained substantial experiences on the Major & Complex Loss Adjusting (MCLA) cases such as major manufacturers, renewable energy, industrial waste facilities, notably in the field of event cancellations and BI. As a member of the Uchiyama Global Team, Yuuki developed his English capability, and is acquiring various overseas loss adjusting qualifications.

Hiroshi joined Uchiyama in 2000 and started his loss adjusting career. He has worked on a wide range of major and complex cases in the industry and has built a solid track record, especially in dealing with property, liability and BI cases related to manufacturers and suppliers, earning high recognition and trust from the clients. He also handled many cases related to power plants. Notably, his experience in a power plant accident on a decommissioning process is remarkable. In addition to overseeing and managing cases at the Tokyo headquarters, as the leader of cross-company BI (Business Interruption) team, he has delved into accounting fields and made significant contributions to enhancing adjusters' expertise.

Yuji joined Uchiyama in 2013 and started his loss adjusting career. He gained extensive experience in commercial line of businesses in urban areas such as Nagoya, Sapporo and Tokyo. Notably in Nagoya, he had handled numerous Major & Complex Loss Adjusting (MCLA), especially in the automobile industry, which made him of a trusted presence in the market. Currently, Yuji is making good effort to lead his team to expand its experiences to new industry such as power generation and educational institutions, and at the same time seeking good opportunity to expand CAR, EAR businesses.

Daisuke joined Uchiyama in 2005 and started his loss adjusting career. Gained extensive experience with commercial cases in urban areas such as Osaka, Kobe and Tokyo. Particularly in the Kinki region, handled numerous construction liability cases for small and medium-sized businesses. Leveraging this experience, served as the main person in charge of loss adjusting those construction and liability cases for major general contractors in Tokyo. As a leading member, Daisuke focuses on enhancing the capabilities of handling commercial cases for his junior colleagues in the team, while accumulating his personal expertise and technical skills. He also has extensive experience in specialized fields such as loss adjusting of shrines and temples and value appraisals.
