Srinivasan has nearly 30 years of extensive experience as a Loss Adjuster. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide variety of claims for both Indian Underwriters and Reinsurers. He has been involved in fire and marine cargo claims in India as well as in neighbouring countries such as Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. He has also dealt with property claims related to natural catastrophes such as cyclones and floods. He also currently handles Cyber losses & B.I. cases for Indian Underwriters. Srinivasan partners Advanta to continue developing the local market and widen Advanta’s presence in the region and adjacent territories.

Manohar brings over 37 years of expertise in engineering and property claims, underpinned by a strong technical background as a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA. Throughout his distinguished career, he has managed Complex and Major Losses across India, specialising in a wide range of insurance lines including Property (Mega and IAR Policies), CAR/EAR, Machinery Breakdown, Heavy Machinery, and Energy claims. Known for his hands-on and pragmatic approach, Manohar has led the assessment and resolution of both total losses and technically complex claims across diverse industries. His experience also spans non-engineering lines such as Special Contingency, Event Cancellation, Fidelity Guarantee, Marine Cargo, and Risk Inspections. Manohar is skilled in coordinating with all stakeholders -from insurers and brokers to forensic experts and legal advisers- ensuring clear communication and effective resolution. At Advanta, he leverages his deep technical knowledge and field experience to support insurers and clients with expert advice.
