José Manuel is a Doctor in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry of Polymers. He holds a PhD in Organic and Macromolecular Chemistry and a postgraduate degree in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry of Polymers. He started his career as an R&D Paints Engineer for HENKEL in Germany. He then became Laboratory Manager R&D at RHODIA SILICONES in Saint-Fons (France and later joined SEG Diélectriques in Montpellier in the Technical and Industrial Department. He held the position of Technical, Industrial and R&D Manager in the fields of formulation of resins, varnishes and composite materials for electrical insulation of products mainly for the electromechanical and automotive industry, before joining CPA Experts.
