Raquel has worked as Liability claims coordinator for the biggest Insurance broker of the country, handling coverage analyses for Liability claims. Additionally, she has executed a legal manager role and a litigation and monitoring manager role, taking charge of contracts’ drafting and revision as well as the drafting and revision of Insurance policies, contracts and bonds, as well as assistant lawyer in the negotiation of transactional agreements of national and international liability claims. Asides her vast experience in the Insurance industry, Raquel has exercised an assistant lawyer’s role for the public prosecutor of the national district and assistant lawyer of the intellectual property and high technology misdemeanour crimes unit.
