Jorge has 20 years’ experience working as an Engineer and Project Manager in the construction industry for infrastructure services companies along with 8 years as a loss adjuster. During his career, he has worked on projects involving dams, roads, canals, ports as well as aqueducts in Latin America. As a Project Director he has been in charge of the following: rebuilding of the Croix de Bouquets - Fonds Parisien Highway (Haiti); improvements to PR-149 Road, Juana Díaz - Villalba (Puerto Rico); PR-10 Road - construction of bridges and new sections of road (Puerto Rico), construction of mining road of 30 km (Honduras). Jorge’s specialties include engineering and construction claims as well as evaluation of general losses including hotels and commercial buildings.
