Walter has over ten years’ experience in loss adjusting. He combines formal insurance qualifications and first-hand industry experience acquired whilst working in the underwriting departments of various lead insurers in Colombia. More recently, Walter was responsible for inspections, policy analysis, report preparation and has actively participated in the improvement and optimisation of customer services’ procedures.
