Germán has almost thirty years of experience in the Latin American insurance market, having held senior management positions for more than twenty years in well-known multinational companies. He has developed his career in both the insurance and loss adjusting sectors, where he has specialized in Life, Motor, Property & Casualty claims. Germán also has extensive experience working on losses related to civil engineering works, oil & gas and property. Currently, Germán is leading the development of Advanta’s office in Colombia.

Carlos has over 13 years’ experience in the Colombian insurance and legal industry. Before joining Advanta, he held a senior management position where he was responsible for handling major and complex claims at one of the leading international insurance companies. Over the course of his career, he has developed his expertise in Property & Casualty insurance lines. In addition, he is recognised in the market for his speciality in losses related predominantly to Civil Liability and Financial Risks, together with his skills in litigation processes in complex and media-relevant claims. Currently, Carlos is responsible for the development of Advanta Colombia in the local and international markets.
