Advanta Business Continuity - Coronavirus situation

Mar 20, 2020
After the recent global developments with Coronavirus (COVID-19), ADVANTA has – like other responsible businesses – implemented measures to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and the continuity of the business.

Following government recommendations in the UK, we have advised our teams to work from home and follow government and health authority advice relating to hygiene, travel and personal contact. These procedures have also been implemented by our regional teams alongside other specific advice from the local authorities.

In the meantime, we continue to deliver services to and for our clients, and our home-foreign adjusting capability is still fully operational with the support of our extensive Global Network, which covers EMEA, Americas and APAC.

We have technical adjusting capability in 58 countries and more than 200 adjusters, providing local expertise and experience. Where responsible and appropriate to do so, they continue to be able to access loss sites and progress enquiries locally.

By following local recommendations in each country, taking the necessary preventative measures and using technology, we can protect and serve our clients’ interests. We remain ready and able to continue receiving assignments and support our clients globally. Should you require our services please do not hesitate to contact one of our Directors.

Wishing you, your teams and families a healthy and safe time ahead, we remain at your disposal to support you in this time of uncertainty.

Kind regards,

George Viar
