Advanta announces new office in Houston, US

As a result of significant growth in recent years, we continue to expand our footprint across the globe and are pleased to announce the opening of a new ADVANTA office in Houston, US.
This is an important step for ADVANTA to open a second office in the US along with our consolidated office in Miami, under José Miguel Varela’s leadership, and we are optimistic about the new opportunities that the Houston insurance market brings.
The new US office is headed by Tony Maxwell, a Chartered adjuster with over 32 years’ experience in the loss adjusting arena. He has worked internationally holding managing positions in the Middle East (Kuwait & Abu Dhabi) and in the Americas region (US, Mexico and Brazil), handling claims related to Marine and Offshore / Onshore Energy Losses.
Tony joins ADVANTA bringing with him almost three decades at an important loss adjusting firm, successfully managing technical claims within the Marine and Energy industry, along with NAT CAT losses arising from Hurricanes in the Caribbean and the US.
Tony will work closely with our Global Energy Director, John Donald, and the Energy Team in London to reinforce our Energy proposition and capabilities in the region and develop new opportunities to continue supporting our valued clients.
