Louise joined Advanta in March 2026 to enhance our global business development capability and strengthen strategic relationships with (re)insurance companies and insurance broking partners. Before joining Advanta, she spent 15 years in claims leadership, operational management and business process outsourcing roles with Chubb and Allianz. She has led performance-driven initiatives across complex multinational organisations, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving effective cross-functional collaboration. A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Louise holds an honours degree in Financial Services and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
