Advanta Global Services (Advanta) provides independent loss adjusting, forensic accounting, project monitoring and risk surveying services to insurance and reinsurance companies worldwide. Advanta was established in London, Munich and Madrid in 2003 by a group of senior loss adjusters. Our highly developed technical skills have been acquired over many years of extensive international experience, and we continually strive to refine our services and our key competencies to meet and, where possible, to exceed our clients’ expectations.

A significant proportion of the work we undertake involves large and complex claims, often generated by multinational projects and operational risks. The experience we offer of familiarity with the international environment and the issues that are likely to arise from these risks are essential to the successful handling and management of claims. Advanta manages the claims with the utmost professionalism, but openly and trying to avoid unnecessary confrontations in order to reach a decision in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy acceptable to all interested parties, reflecting the practice and the jurisdiction of the incident. We emphasise that our role should be proactive in resolving claims. Our priority is to drive claims to their conclusion and, in particular, that all parties are satisfied with our active approach to meet the objective.
